The Naby Keïta Foundation was born out of a simple ambition: to take concrete action to improve the living conditions of the people of Guinea, especially young people and the most vulnerable.
Created in 2025 by a footballer who rose from the lowest rungs of Guinean society to the pinnacle of world football through an inspiring journey, the foundation stands as a testament to commitment, transparency, and dedication to the common good.
Rooted in his deep attachment to his country and a sense of responsibility, this initiative is guided by strong convictions: equal opportunities, human dignity, and the power of social bonds.
The foundation envisions a Guinea where every child and young person has the chance to succeed, thrive, and contribute to the country's development.
Naby Keïta is a professional Guinean footballer born on February 10, 1995, in Conakry. A talented midfielder, he is known for his dynamism and exceptional vision on the field.
After promising beginnings in Europe with FC Istres and then RB Salzburg, Keïta made a name for himself at RB Leipzig before joining the prestigious English club Liverpool in 2018. There, he won the Champions League, the Premier League, the Club World Cup, the FA Cup, the League Cup, and the UEFA Super Cup.
Naby Keïta is currently a player for Werder Bremen in Germany and is on loan to Ferencváros, with whom he won the Hungarian Championship title in 2025.
As captain of the Guinean national team, he now uses his fame to give back to his community through his foundation.
